Title I Information

R.F. Hartman Elementary School is a Title I campus.  

In schools receiving Title I funds, and in accordance with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), parents may request information regarding the professional qualifications of their student’s teacher.  Should you have questions regarding the professional qualifications of your student's teacher, please contact the Wylie ISD.
